Nov 2013 Net Worth Update - +2.2% - Slow growth

A small but promising gain of 2.2% for the month. This was largely due to my TFSA hitting all-time highs. It reflects the ride that the market has been on this year as my TFSA was barely above $28k back in early May. Nothing else really of note this month so here are the numbers.
